Do I have a sleep disorder?

I have trouble sleeping and I'm not sure why. I fall asleep, but it takes me up to two hours some nights, even when I'm very tired. Although I am falling asleep, I don't feel at all rested when I wake up. Also, I can't sleep in past 8:30 AM. It seems like maybe I'm not getting through a full sleep cycle therefore not getting to the later stages. Is this a sleep disorder and is there anything I can do to get some quality sleep?

    I would start by going to get something like "Simply Sleep" or Tylenol PM. See if that helps, if it does you could either continue taking that, or you can go to the Dr and they will prescribe you a sleep aid.

    yes, go to the doctor and they can recommend sleeping pills or things to help you sleep all night. Good luck.

    Do you exercise at all? I used to have a lot of trouble sleeping. But once I started exercising I slept a lot easier. You probably don’t have a sleep disorder, in my opinion.

    I think it’s dispersion.. lol

    I don’t have dispersion but i always sleep at 12 midnight and i wake up at 11 am in the morning sometimes 1 or 2pm o’clock afternoon. Idk why is it. But i think this is because i love sleeping. So yours maybe could the same as mine, maybe you like sleeping,too.
