I wake up atleast 5 times a night while i'm dreaming. Mind or sleep disorder?

In about 7 hours of sleep I wake up atleast 5 times. Usually during a dream because I remember them all. Is this racing thoughts or some other kind of mental illness disorder or a sleep disorder of some kind, or both or somthing else? Thanks for the help.

Sounds like stress to me. Anytime that I am very stressed like about moving to another state, or if I’m having a rough time at work etc I have constant terrible nightmares every night that I remember about people trying to attack me. Also if you are drinking anything with aspertame you may want to switch to spenda products. That helped big time with my dreams…and I stopped getting headaches too.
I go throught the same thing. I think something that is on your mind in the day time, still won’ t let you sleep well at night. I am recovering from depression and I still have dreams at night because I think sub consiously whatever is bothering me, I dream about thru the night.
That happens to me sometimes too but its usually just when i have a lot on my mind… try to really relax before going to sleep… you could listen to music or read a book to allow your brain to unwind a little…
but if it is happening every night you might want to talk to a doctor because it is probably a sleeping disorder.
good luck.
Stress i tell you oh the world so many problem’s what to do what to do indeed. (?????) all in the mind.
