    This is probably not a sleep disorder. It is much more likely to be another brain disorder, such as bipolar. People in the manic phase often experience this. Either way, you definitely need to see a doctor, since going without sleep for long periods can be very harmful to your health, physically as well as mentally!

    probably if you’re not getting enough rest, are you Manic? there are over 70 sleep disorders, not all of them are too much sleep, just the opposite

    Do you spend alot of that time when you should be sleeping on the internet.That might be what is keeping you awake.If you are laying down trying to sleep and cant you might be suffering from insomnia.

    No. You most likely don’t give yourself the chance to sleep. Schedule 8 hours in bed everyday. You may not fall asleep right away. You only need to give your body a chance to slow down and sleep.
    Stop drinking and eating things caffienated. Cola, energy drinks, Mountain Dew, coffee, chocolate, etc.
    Drinking warm milk before bedtime helps too.

    Not really enough information to give you an answer. If it is something you are worried about I would talk to a doc or an APN. But be aware that sleep disorder is the diagnosis of the month right now and most docs are giving them out rather freely.

    No one can stay awake 24 hours a day everyday. I think you have an exaggeration disorder. See your doctor.

    sleeping is differ from person to another that not every one should sleep 8 hours aday..
    some people need to sleep10 while others cann’t sleep more than 4 hours,,the important thing that u don’t feel tierd when u wake up.
    about sleeping disorder my research last year was about sleeping problems and idon’t think that u have a disorder.
    I think u need to relax before going to sleep, reduce caffeine drinks, and drink glass of warm milk before sleep..
    hope this will affect..

    quit taking any depressants if any. change ur eating habits. force urself to follow a regular timetable for ur sleep, u r supposed to take some 8 hrs sleep a day. r u doing any workout just before the bed time? dont take any long walk before ur sleep time. omit all the worries from ur mind..

    you stay up 24 hours a day, every day? you are chronically sleep deprived. that is not good for your health. it will weaken your immune system and can cause illness. its normal for some people to go without some sleep however not getting any sleep is certainly not normal. see a doctor.
