    Hi,

    If you mean that you’re done with a medication, like a round of antibiotics or something, I know what you mean.

    The medicine has built up residues in your system and your body needs help cleaning it out most likely.     your body has a time zone for sleep. what you need to do is mainly just stay up late for a while and go to bed earlier and earlier every 2-3 days. it’ll get your body back on schedule
